For many years Gowna Construction has demonstrated its ability to successfully manage projects of all types and sizes. Our project management experience covers all types of services and contracts, ranging from project management consultancy services, to secondment, to turnkey contracts as well as all types of contractual relationships.

The key to Gowna Construction’s success is our approach to project management, which comes into play even before the contract has been won, during the tendering phase.

• We are selective in the projects we bid for. Each project is discussed, evaluated and selected on its own merits.
• We establish a good communication network between ourselves and a projects design team. Usually meeting on site every second week.
• Projects are monitored closely at a management level through monthly project reviews.
• “Snag as you go” approach.
