Construction of a new extension consisting of a sports hall/lecture hall, lecture rooms and store rooms. The works involved the construction of a new 650m2 building attached to the existing hall & restaurant .The lecture hall/sports hall was 330m2 approx. of open plan and the remaining area was divided into classrooms and stores. The project was carried out in the north campus of NUI Maynooth and was situated in the public car park to the rear of the sports hall, lecture rooms and restaurant which meant we were at all times working in a live environment.
