Description: Renovation works of an existing warehouse to form a car leasing facility for Merrion Fleet. The work involved the demolition of existing front office block and the construction of a new 2 storey office block. The office block was a steel frame building with pre cast concrete floors. The existing warehouse was completely re-roofed with an internal wall removed to provide for internal car parking. A car polishing booth and car wash was also constructed. The existing car park was completely resurfaced with tarmac, new kerbs and line marking was painted.
